## ParsingInstructions


One scope of parsing instructions, which holds a `_fns` pipeline, `_on_error`, and `_items` and fields that are scopes of their own.

The value type does not depend on the key, so `{"t": "warn"}` type-checks, and [Payload](Payload.md#oxyscraper.Payload) raises for it. pyrefly checks this shape only in a value annotated with [ParsingInstructions](ParsingInstructions.md#oxyscraper.ParsingInstructions), not in a literal passed to a model.
