The error that the API returned for a payload instead of a job, so nothing billed.

## Attributes


`payload: Payload`  
The rejected payload.

`status_code: int`  
The response's status code.

`message: str`  
The response's message, as `OxylabsError.message` reads it.

`trace_id: str | None`  
The response's trace ID.
