Hello! I’m Ozan, an industrial engineer turned data scientist. My passion for building and problem-solving started early, from playing with Legos as a kid to crafting worlds in Minecraft. That same drive led me to industrial engineering and, eventually, to the world of data science, where I combine creativity with technology to tackle complex challenges.
I’m currently based in Morgantown, WV, working remotely at OneMagnify, and I periodically teach courses at West Virginia University.
When I’m not immersed in data or coding, you’ll likely find me at a live music event, especially if it’s Metal(core), pop-punk, or EDM. If I’m not at a concert, I’m probably cycling, playing the guitar, or experimenting with a new data science project.
On this site, you’ll find my resume and a mix of personal & professional projects. I also have a blog, where I explore tools and technologies in the data world alongside other topics that spark my curiosity. If you’re interested in the courses & workshops that I’ve thought, you can find them at Teaching.
Feel free to reach out and connect—I’d love to hear from you!
