Which checks report the schema-level rules at `column` granularity.

`collapsed` puts them all in one check, `dy_schema__rules`, and `per_rule` gives each its own check. A schema-level rule is a `@dy.rule()` or the primary key, including a single-column key. At `rule` and `schema` granularity this setting has no effect.
